2002 Vouvray 'Le Plan du Jean' Clean, rich, lusciously earthy apricot smoked fruits. Quiet pungent and deep with a fresh edge. Off-Dry, very intense, low acidity, rich honied late harvested apricot fruit, luscious pure honey, orange conserve and a touch of mineral. Nice depth and length, good balance, slightly buttery with a tropical pineapple note developing. (CG)
