Charles Hours has chosen simplicity in only producing two cuvees, one sweet and the other the Cuvee Marie dry. Charles is a gastronome and loves his food. Thus he gives preference to the structure of his wines and is wary of deceptive seasoning. The Cuvee Marie is particularly good, being elegant, and fruity with a refreshing citrus character which lends itself to fish and chicken dishes.
