Over the last few years the diversity of single malts has greatly increased consumers interests in whiskies of all types, hence the demand for these single malt whiskies has continued to escalate and not just for the run of the mill stuff. Customers are becoming more discerning and are after more interesting and diverse malts.
So, as some of you will know our whisky list is in an almost constant state of flux. We are continuously looking for interesting bottlings to add to the list, as old favourites become unavailable. Although we don't yet stock a whisky from all of the distilleries working or silent in Scotland, and maybe we never will, I like to think that we have an interesting range that is only limited due to the size of the shop and the shelf space available. Yet it has at its core the distillery bottlings and is enhanced with a liberal sprinkling of independent bottlings.
