Brewed using mainly pale malts along with a small amount of crystal malts produces a dry, crisp, fruity beer with a thirst quenching bitterness. Golding, mount hood, fuggle and stryian hops give it a very complex, hoppy character and a raw, granity edge.
Brewed using pale and crystal malts along with un-malted barley gives this beer a soft, nutty, aromatic quality. Very full bodied and mouthfilling. It develops a wonderful dark malty note and a touch of chocolate. Golding hops give a lovely bitterness and the fuggle and mount hood lend a floral, grassy, herbal note.
Brewed using pale and crystal malts along with golding, mount hood and stryian hops gives this beer a clean, dry, almost wheaty character along with roasted cereal and a gentle, rounded lager-esque bitterness. Soft, smooth and very long with a hoppy after taste.
Brewed using pale, lager and wheat malts with golding and bramling cross hops. It is a light, summery ale. Soft and fruity with plenty of refreshing lemon and grapefruit flavours. There is a hint of soft spice and a larger-esque bitterness. Rounded and very long. Ideal for those long summer evenings.
